H86 Studios offers a fully equipped studio space tailored for professional photography and videography. Our studio features a spacious 7.5m wide x 4.5m deep cycwall with 3.5m high ceilings, ideal for any shoot. Utilize our extensive range of strobe and continuous lighting, ceiling-mounted RGB LED lights controllable via app, and a variety of light modifiers including octoboxes, softboxes, umbrellas, beauty dishes, and reflectors.
Our amenities include a hair and makeup station with a ring light and LED mirror, a rolling tool drawer station, a rolling 32-inch tether screen, and all necessary wires. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of on-site toilet and bathroom facilities (with a shower), a comfortable lounge area, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette with freshly ground coffee and tea.

• Half-Day (all equipment included) (4 hours - 8am-12pm OR 2pm-6pm) - $300 +gst
• Hourly Rate (Minimum 2 Hours) - $90/hr +gst
• Cyc Wall repaint (if requested) - $100 +gst
• Overtime - $90/hr +gst
• Light Setup (before you arrive) - $150 +gst
• Studio Assistant - $80/hr +gst
• Above options can be selected on the booking platform
• 50% deposit taken during booking and full payment taken before booking commences

Studio Hire Hours:Our studio is available for booking from 7am to 11pm (Monday to Sunday).

We offer free parking spaces at the front and rear of our building.
For easy unloading and loading, you can drive your vehicle inside the building and park next to the studio door to offload your equipment.
Our studio is wheelchair friendly with step-free access. However, the toilets are accessible via a small flight of stairs (2 steps). Step-less toilets are available in the building, but please arrange with us prior to your visit.
There are many catering options nearby, including Andonis Cafe (50 meters away), Woolworths (3 minutes' drive), and other fast food restaurants.
We provide filtered water on-site, a fridge freezer to keep your snacks fresh, and a barista-style coffee machine along with the basics (fresh or plant-based milk, tea, kettle, plates, and cutlery).
